An austenitic manganese alloy, producing tough, high-strength deposits that will work harden under impact.
Features:
- Best used in applications with high impact and low abrasion.
- Produces a weld deposit with good abrasion resistance, allows some machinability.
- Hardness range 24-45 Rc depending upon actual welding procedure. High voltage promotes high carbon and alloy contents, while low voltage promotes lower carbon and alloy content.
- Can be used on carbon and low alloy steel parts.
- Low carbon martensitic deposit.
