Shipping Policy

ARC Welding Supplies utilises third party shipping carriers: NZ Couriers and Mainfreight or Global Express New Zealand (Toll Group). Any limitations and/or delays on services provided by each carrier is beyond ARC Welding Supplies control.

Sales Taxes: We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

Dispatch: Same or Next business day after Order has been confirmed and allocated to Trade Account / Paid. Orders placed before 2pm are typically shipped the same business day (unless the product is on back order for a customer on account). Transit time begins the day after your order leaves our warehouse.

Transit time:

• Overnight for Business area with NZ Couriers.
• 2 – 5 business day for Rural area with NZ Couriers.
• 3 – 14 days with the Mainfreight or Global Express New Zealand.
• 3 – 5 business days for Safety Apparel (Rainwear, Overalls, Shirts, and Pants), directly drop-shipped from the manufacturer to your specified address.

Please note that all times mentioned are estimates only.
ARC Welding Supplies is not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer due to delivery delays.

Freight Cost:

• Based on the Delivery address and the Order weight and volume. 
• Products' Delivery which are fragile ether bulky or require a certain type of delivery due to the regulation for transport of Dangerous Goods is a subject of individual calculation.

In the event that the Customer is unable to take Delivery of the Goods as arranged then the Supplier shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.  

The freight for orders will be calculated when the order is processed with the branch. You will be contacted by the ARC Welding Supplies team for order confirmation, including information on the freight cost.

International Orders

We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand as well as to Stewart Island, Chatham Island or to Great Barrier Island.
