E11018M Low Hydrogen controlled electrodes produce the best mechanical properties when stick welding, especially with regard to notch ductility. The metal deposited is of very high purity (low sulphur and phosphorus content), and if the electrodes have been properly stored, there is less risk of hydrogen cracking than with any other type of electrode.
Rods: Lincoln Conarc 80
E7018 classification is the low hydrogen iron powder electrode. The appreciable amount of iron powder in the
coating and the somewhat heavier amount of coating on the core wire allow the electrodes to be
used at higher currents.
Rods: ESAB OK55
